Two Rivers marble enriched beef is so good you have to taste it to believe it. We utilize a simple brine solution (just water and salt) and marble enrichment with custom recipes for each individual cut.
Our process increases natural marbling, elevating the quality of the cuts without elevating the cost. We outscore higher cuts of meat in virtually every scenario.
We start with quality North American beef & pork that simply don’t meet the marbling requirements for USDA grade cuts and increase the flavor and juiciness by elevating the marbling. We’ve figured out how to upgrade it. The end result is a better tasting steak – more tender and more juicy with more flavor.
Our products are all natural. We have put a lot of thought, time and creativity into developing our process using ONLY what naturally exists in the meat: beef, water, salt & beef fat.
Two Rivers offers three brands that vary in raw material grade (Certified Tender, Chophouse, Reserve) with a wide range of products, from portioned cut steaks to full primals as well as restaurant ready sliced and diced steak products.
