ABOUT TWO RIVERS
The Two Rivers story starts with a patented enhancement process, introducing a salt and water brine to elevate the palatability of the meat (tenderness and juiciness), as well as marble enrichment to elevate the marbling in the beef (flavor).
FROZEN PROGRAM
Two Rivers has had frozen programs in place for years with national casual dining steakhouse chains, corporate casino groups and resort/hospitality chains. These programs continue to grow due to the consistency and performance of Two Rivers frozen products.
